Pull Two Screaming Army Veterans On Stage; What They Said About Their Baby Sent the Crowd Into Chaos

Shania Twain Brings Couple On Stage After They Reveal Their Baby Is Named After Her

At a recent stop in Jacksonville, Florida, Shania Twain made one couple’s night unforgettable when she invited them on stage—after spotting a sign that read: “We named our baby Shania.”

Shania shared the special moment on her Instagram, writing, “These two were holding up a ‘we named our baby Shania’ sign. I just had to get them up on stage with me—and I’m so glad I did!”

Once on stage, the couple’s excitement was infectious. They danced, cheered, and lit up the crowd with their energy.

“We named our daughter Shania after you,” the woman said, beaming. “We love you so much.” The audience erupted in cheers, embracing the emotion of the moment.

Then came the twist—her husband added, “She married me because I bought her tickets to your show,” referencing a visit to Shania’s Las Vegas residency. The crowd laughed and applauded.

As they continued to share their story, it became clear this wasn’t just a spontaneous moment—it was something deeper. Both are U.S. Army veterans, and the woman revealed that her love for Shania’s music began in childhood, introduced to her by her grandfather, who was proudly watching from the audience.

The emotional high point came when the couple held up a sign with their daughter’s name—Shania—written in bold letters. The crowd roared with approval, caught in a moment that bridged generations and celebrated the music that brought them all together.

Shania Twain’s North American Tour Continues

The Jacksonville stop is part of Shania Twain’s ongoing “Live in Concert” tour, which spans a limited run of seven shows across North America this summer.

Shania has been actively sharing memories from the road, including her appearance as Parade Marshal at the Calgary Stampede in Alberta earlier in July.
