After more than a decade of sharing a mostly private romance, two well-known television actors have made their real-life partnership official.
Téa Leoni, 59, and Tim Daly, 69, who played a married couple on “Madam Secretary,” tied the knot on July 12, 2025, in an intimate ceremony in New York. Surrounded by close family members, the stars brought their off-screen relationship full circle after more than ten years together.

An insider told TMZ that the wedding took place last Saturday and that both Téa and Tim’s children from previous marriages were there to support their parents.
Additionally, several Instagram stories posted by Téa’s daughter, West Duchovny, whom she shares with ex-husband David Duchovny, revealed a few of the attendees.

In one photo, West is seen sitting at a table with one of the guests while smiling at the camera during what looks like the wedding reception.

In one of her other stories, West captured a blurry image, and there’s a guest just off-frame.

Another photo shows West’s “Saint X” co-star, Josh Bonzie, smiling for the camera while sitting at a table with a white-flowered bouquet as the centerpiece and glasses surrounding it.

Josh also shared his own Instagram story, showing West and Téa dressed to impress for the occasion. The blushing bride wore a shiny, long-sleeved copper blouse with a high collar, paired with an ivory skirt. She also held a small bouquet of white flowers.
West, 26, wore a sleeveless, light blue halter-neck dress with a ruched waist and subtle floral patterns in the fabric. The mother-daughter duo had their arms wrapped around each other in the photo, and both wore elegant, minimal jewelry, except for the big ring on Tea’s finger.
Tim and Téa’s romance started back in 2014, with People confirming in December that they had been together since that summer. At the time, Téa was 48 and newly divorced after 17 years.

The couple met on the set of “Madam Secretary,” and Téa was spotted supporting Tim at his performance of “Red” at the Dorset Theatre in Vermont during the Fourth of July weekend. The actor had been divorced since 2010 after a 26-year marriage to Amy Van Nostrand.
Tim and Téa are not the only people in Hollywood to tie the knot this year. As previously reported, Eddie Murphy’s son and Martin Lawrence’s daughter got married in private in May 2025. Their union follows past reflections the “Martin” star shared about the newlyweds.
Out of all the topics that the two discussed, like reuniting after starring in “Dream Girls” and Eddie’s return to “SNL” for the 50th anniversary, perhaps the most pleasantly surprising was the icon revealing that his son, Eric Murphy, got married to Hollywood icon Martin’s daughter, Jasmin Lawrence.
The revelation came casually, yet delightfully, as Eddie sat across from Jennifer. Their lively conversation, peppered with laughter and nostalgia, took an unexpected turn when the host jokingly inquired whether Eddie would sing at his daughter’s wedding, mistakenly reversing the roles of the bride and groom. With a chuckle, Eddie corrected her, sharing, “My son — and actually, they got married like two weeks ago.”

Jennifer reacted in surprise as he explained that loved ones had initially been planning a big ceremony, but the couple ultimately chose a more intimate path. “They decided they wanted to do something quiet with just the two of them,” he revealed. “They got married at the church […] just […] the two of them and the preacher.”
The crowd’s collective “aww” swelled when a sweet photo flashed onscreen, showing Eric and Jasmin posing with their proud fathers.

Eddie, clearly amused by the spontaneity of the ceremony, couldn’t resist a playful jab at his longtime friend and now in-law, Martin — “Now Martin don’t [sic] gotta pay for a big wedding.” The friendly banter continued as Jennifer teased the idea of a wedding duet.
While Eddie firmly shut down any notion of singing at a future celebration, he jokingly nominated Martin for the job instead — a suggestion that sent both the host and the audience into another round of laughter.

Even though Jasmin and Eric opted to forgo a lavish wedding ceremony, Eddie hinted that a celebratory event may be on the horizon, disclosing, “I think we’ll have like a big party or something.”
Before Eddie’s announcement, Martin had already offered a glimpse into the blossoming romance between their children during his own sit-down with Jennifer last year (2024). When asked about his daughter’s relationship with Eddie’s son, Martin’s face lit up with quiet pride.
“He’s a great young man,” he said, warmly affirming his admiration for Eric. The veteran comedian’s tone was measured, tender even, as he spoke not just as a father, but as someone deeply respectful of the love their children had found in one another.

As the conversation turned toward the dynamics of fatherly protection, Jennifer playfully asked who was more protective — him or Eddie. With a laugh, Martin replied that both he and Eddie shared that instinct.
“We want the best for our children,” he explained. “But we let them do their own thing and make their choices, and stay out of their business, and let them find their way.”
His words struck a balance between heartfelt and hands-off — the kind of wisdom that comes with trusting your child to choose love wisely.
The chat about Eric and Jasmin concluded on a hopeful and humorous note, with Jennifer teasing the possibility of “wedding bells” and suggesting her “Dream Girls” character, Effie, perform at the ceremony. Martin chuckled at the idea, calling it “a good” one.
He also hinted that another on-screen collaboration with Eddie might be in the cards, reinforcing the strong bond that has extended from their iconic careers into their personal lives — and now, into their shared family.
That deep-rooted trust and quiet pride Martin spoke of was more than justified, as seen in the breathtaking moment Eric orchestrated to propose to Jasmin.
In November 2024, Jasmin took to Instagram to share the unforgettable milestone with the world, accompanied by a caption that reads, “We’re engaged!! God truly blessed us with a love that feels like destiny. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter ❤️❤️ Special thank you to everyone who made this moment so beautiful!!”
The video opened with a view of an elegantly lit room bathed in soft golden light, where candles of all shapes and sizes flickered beside towering floral arrangements.

At the far end stood a glowing red heart framed by butterflies — a grand, romantic centerpiece that immediately captured attention. As Jasmin entered the room, hand-in-hand with Eric, her astonishment was palpable.
Dressed in a sleek black dress and unable to contain her joy, she gasped as her eyes swept over the lavish surroundings.

Moments later, the scene reached its emotional peak as Eric led Jasmin to the heart and dropped to one knee, revealing a ring box. Her reaction was pure elation — a mixture of shock, love, and disbelief. With laughter on her lips, Jasmin said yes.

The couple embraced and kissed, caught in a moment so intimate and joyous it practically shimmered. Eric gently slipped the ring onto her finger, and Jasmin, beaming from ear to ear, turned toward the camera with her hand outstretched. “I’m engaged!!” she squealed, her voice bright with excitement as she admired her stunning diamond.
The engagement wasn’t just visually stunning — it was a testament to the thoughtfulness and intentional love Eric poured into every detail.

With help from vendors like Ellay Films, Kat Minassi Events, and Butterfly Floral, the evening bloomed into a scene straight from a modern-day fairy tale.
It is the kind of love story that makes Hollywood feel like home — two families bonded not just by fame, but by a shared belief in love, legacy, and letting the next generation write their own script.
