The music mogul’s children once released a unified message during his legal troubles, saying people were forming opinions based on “false narratives” and “conspiracy theories.” Discover more about the lives of these well-known kids.
Sean Combs, known to many as Diddy, has seven children — three boys and four girls — with four different women. His large and blended family has often been in the spotlight.

Six of Diddy’s children have begun building their own paths in the entertainment world, echoing their father’s creative legacy. One more young woman, often referred to as his “adopted daughter,” remains largely out of the spotlight.

Quincy Taylor Brown
Quincy, born in June 1991, is Diddy’s stepson and the son of the late actress and model Kim Porter. Kim shared a long, on-and-off relationship with the music mogul that lasted 13 years.

Tragically, she passed away in November 2018 after experiencing symptoms that resembled the flu, with pneumonia suspected as a possible cause. Her passing left a deep void, yet Quincy has continued to carry her memory with him in a meaningful way.
“I’m my mom’s son, so therefore there’s so much life for me to expand on off of her life. And that journey hasn’t even started yet, which is the best part about it. What my mom’s legacy is representative of is beyond words. That’s gonna really come to life soon,” he said in an interview once.

Losing his mother was a heartbreaking chapter in Quincy’s life, but growing up in a unique household also left a strong impression on him.

In another interview, the New York native said he learned a lot just by watching Diddy work, calling himself a “sponge.” The 34-year-old actor and singer added:
“One of my passions, I’m very much into the art of acting, and then there’s music. But just seeing how he’s able to handle and juggle all these things, I took that from him as my most major takeaway.”

Justin Combs
Born in December 1993, Justin is Diddy’s first biological child, whom he shares with stylist and fashion designer Misa Hylton.

In June 2016, he celebrated a proud achievement and honored his roots by writing on Instagram:
“First Combs male to graduate from College.. All praise to God & my parents!” The message appeared next to a photo of him dressed in his cap and gown, smiling with his loved ones.

Then in 2019, he honored his mom with a heartfelt birthday message. Alongside a throwback photo, he wrote, “Happy birthday to my twin, my best friend, my mother @misahylton I love & appreciate you more than you can ever know.. thank you for raising me into the man I am today 🙏🏾 I love you so much!!”

Christian, Diddy’s third son, was born in April 1998 during the music mogul’s relationship with Kim, who starred in “The Brothers.”

Christian once honored his mother’s memory by posting a touching photo of the two of them. His message read:

The 27-year-old’s touching message for his mother showed just how deeply he feels her absence and how closely he keeps her memory. Alongside that strong emotional bond, his passion for performing was clear even when he was young.

Christian, also known as King Combs, once shared that he never had a backup plan. “There is no plan B,” he said when Diddy asked him to think twice. That mindset led to success as his track “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” with Kodak Black began gaining attention and charting.

Christian, who is also a mode, later shared how special it felt to see people connect with music he created in the studio. His early love for the stage shaped his path, but more recently, he has faced serious accusations that brought heavy public attention.

In April 2024, Grace O’Marcaigh accused Christian of assaulting her during a December 2022 yacht trip connected to a New Year’s Eve party hosted by Diddy. Both father and son were named in the lawsuit. Their lawyer called the claims “lewd and meritless,” while the woman’s attorney accused Christian of following his father’s troubling behavior.

Chance Combs
Chance, born in July 2006, is Diddy’s fourth child and his first daughter, whom he shares with internet personality Sarah Chapman.

For her 16th birthday in July 2022, she received a Range Rover and posted photos from the celebration on Instagram, writing, “the sweetest 16!🫶🏾.
In June 2024, Chance graduated and received a loving shoutout from her older brother Christian. Alongside a photo of them hugging, he wrote, “Congratulations @myfancychance !!! Can’t believe you Graduating !! I love you & I Got you forever !! 💙 👩🎓.”

By June 2025, she honored her father, who is currently behind bars, on Father’s Day with a heartfelt message and a photo of the two of them outdoors. She wrote that she missed him deeply and would always be thankful for the special times they had together.

D’Lila and Jessie Combs
Born in December 2006, D’Lila and Jessie are the youngest children Diddy shared with Kim, who starred in “The System Within.”

In August 2021, their father proudly highlighted their appearance in a Vanity Fair shoot, posting a behind-the-scenes clip on Facebook and writing:
“I’m so proud of my Queens. They did such a great job on the Vanity Fair shoot. I’m so proud of you girls!! […] I’m one of the luckiest men in the world!!”

That same year, the twins stepped onto the runway for the first time at Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda show in Venice — a dream they had carried since childhood, inspired by their mother.

He wrote, “I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world. Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!”
By June 2023, the proud dad shared a sweet moment online showing all his daughters, including Love, shouting, “Happy Father’s Day!” in unison, while he smiled and replied, “Thank you!”

Ava Baroni Combs
Ava, known as Diddy’s bonus child, was once introduced by him in a video where he encouraged her to share how he had “adopted” her. She said he saw her on the street, invited her to join his kids, and later claimed he wanted her to have a “Black parent.”
