Police say the 66-year-old male driver, also from D.C., turned himself in and was interviewed by crash investigators.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">Prosecutors with the Prince George\u2019s County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office are reviewing the case, and criminal charges are pending.
