But rather than following the traditional honky-tonk model, Redemption will focus on providing inclusive, alcohol-free options to visitors and locals alike.<\/p>\n<p>The venue will offer a curated menu of zero-proof cocktails, with each drink named after lyrics that resonate with McBryde\u2019s journey. While the emphasis is on non-alcoholic beverages, the bar will also serve traditional drinks\u2014ensuring everyone feels welcome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was vital that I create a space where not drinking is the forethought\u2014normalized,\u201d McBryde told Rolling Stone. \u201cYou can get alcoholic drinks in Redemption too, because everyone is welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McBryde says she was intentional in making Redemption a place that reflects both her personal evolution and her values.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the opportunity to make my mark on Broadway came, I knew I wanted to create a space that champions what\u2019s made a difference in my life\u2014a space that lifts up the brushed aside, and makes sure everyone feels welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What also sets Redemption apart is its dedication to original music. While many Broadway bars focus heavily on crowd-pleasing covers, McBryde\u2019s venue will spotlight up-and-coming artists performing their own songs\u2014giving a much-needed platform to Nashville\u2019s next generation of singer-songwriters.<\/p>\n<p>A Sobriety Milestone That Inspired a Movement<br \/>\nMcBryde recently celebrated three years of sobriety, a journey she kept largely private until she reached her first full year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll people are gonna do is just wait for you to screw up, and that\u2019s really annoying,\u201d she told PEOPLE in 2023. \u201cI did it for me.
